AS 1530.1 Certified and Tested 100% Solid Aluminium

ALFREX SOLID® is a Pre-Finished Solid Aluminium Panel manufactured by high quality coil coating (roll-to-roll) continuous method. It features a Fluoropolymer based paint system that allows for high flexibility (2T / 2H) for ease of fabrication and is available in a wide range of colours and finishes.

 

The rear surface of the panel is primer coated to minimize oxidization while the top surface is protected with an adhesive film to prevent damage during fabrication and installation.

 

ALFREX SOLID® is a 100% Aluminium product and has no core material giving the product superior non-combustibility as per BCA C1.9 as a deemed-to-satisfy (DTS) product.
ALFREX SOLID® is exclusively manufactured at a state-of-the-art pre-finished coil coating facility in South Korea with the raw Aluminium ingots locally produced in Australia.

Alfrex Solid

Alfrex Plate is a 1/8” (3mm) pre-finished, 100% solid aluminum, non-combustible wall cladding plate product

It features a nominal standard thickness of 0.125” (3mm) by a maximum 62” width, and available in other popular thicknesses as well as custom widths.

 

It is pre-finished by coil coating lines specialized in handling heavier gauge solid aluminum coil, tension leveled, and cut to length per the requirements of each project.

 

Its 70% PVDF Kynar resin paint system ensures color consistency and outstanding UV protection, while it can be coated in coordination with Alfrex FR ACM standard or custom colors.

 

The backside is primer coated to minimize oxidization and enable post-paint spray coating for small lot
custom colors, where either air dry or baked finishes are desired.

Alfrex FR

Alfrex FR is a continuous process manufactured metal composite material (MCM)

Alfrex FR consists of an extruded fire-resistant core permanently bonded to pre-finished aluminum skins on each side.

 

It is extremely lightweight and exceptionally flat, yet easy to fabricate into any shape. Alfrex FR is coil coated utilizing 70% PVDF Kynar resin and other high-quality paint finishes – providing color uniformity, an extensive range of colors, unique coating patterns and textures, and the confidence of industry standard performance warranties.
